Para nuestras necesidades de transporte terrestre, Manu Adventures tiene dos buses overland completamente equipados y cuatro camionetas 4 x 4. Todos los vehículos estan permanentemente en mantenimiento y estan asignados a su chofer.
 
Transporte de Rio.-
 
Seis botes motorizados con techo, asientos cómodos y motor de repuesto. Estan en permanente mantenimiento por parte de su motorista y tripulante.
 
Alternativa de vuelo.-
 
Volamos de entrada y salida en aviones charter privados al aeropuerto de Boca Manu.
